Privacy policy

This page explains how Kasseta OÜ (reg. 14610475, Mustamäe tee 50, office 202, 10621 Tallinn, Estonia) processes data received through vhsdigitalizacija.lv.

What we collect. Email, phone, message text and selected material from the form. When you ship tapes we see the sender name and address on the parcel. We do not ask for personal ID codes and do not build marketing profiles.

Why. Data is needed to answer requests, confirm price, arrange parcel locker shipment (Omniva, SmartPosti or DPD) and deliver finished files.

How long. Correspondence and order data are kept as long as needed for the job and bookkeeping (usually up to 3 years after completion unless agreed otherwise).

Sharing. We do not sell data. Couriers see only the shipping address. Payment details are handled by the bank.

Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@vhsdigitalizacija.lv. We reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies. The site uses Google Analytics (G-Q910YQJKB8) for visit statistics. You can block cookies in your browser.
